8. One-on-One Sessions – Rescheduling & Refund Policy


When booking a one-on-one session with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • You may reschedule your session only if you request the change at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Any request to change the session time within 12 hours of the appointment will not be accepted.

  • If you miss the session, arrive too late, or fail to attend for any reason, the session will be considered completed.

  • No refunds are provided for missed or unused sessions.

This policy ensures respect for our time and energy, as well as for other clients awaiting sessions.
